Our Medical Center proudly offers the Ultra-Screen test (Nuchal Translucency test) the most accurate, earliest and safest test for detection of Down syndrome and Trisomy 18 .

Perfect chance to find out that your pregnancy is likely to be normal.
All that you need to know… Safe and Sound…

The most valuable benefit of Nuchal Translucency test is the earliest detection of possible chromosomal disorders.

This test detects 91% of Down syndrome pregnancies and 98% of Trisomy 18 pregnancies.
Ultra-Screen may be also positive for other chromosomal disorders or birth defects.
Ultra-Screen test should be performed in the first trimester of pregnancy (between 11 weeks 1 day and 13 weeks 6 days ) to give you the earliest reassurance that your baby is likely to be normal.

This test is non-invasive and safe. Ultra-Screen test is a combination of an ultrasound test and a blood test. Ultrasound determines the gestational age, Nuchal Translucency (NT) measurements (fluid accumulation behind the baby's neck) presence of Nasal Bone and Doppler study of Ductus Venosus. The Blood test analyzes the level of free b-HCG and PAPP-A. The Combination of Results of Ultrasound and Blood testing indicate the risk for Down syndrome and Trisomy 18.
In most cases this test reassures you that your baby is not likely to have Down syndrome and
Trisomy 18.
In some cases this test can alert you and your doctor that further testing may be indicated.
The main advantage of a first trimester screening Ultra-Screen test is peace of mind, your first step to be sure that your baby is likely to be healthy.
